Prepare State&Stories

Prepare a Workflow State(E.g. "Doing Right Now") where your working story will stay. Prepare you stories by assigning only one owner to each card. Assign a project to the story, if applicable.

Start Task

Move the story card to the prepared workflow in Shortcut, InteTimer will automatically start a new time entry for the first owner of the task card in Toggl. Card title will become the time entry description. Project of the task card will also be assigned to the time entry, if existing.

Switch Task

Move the new story card into the prepared workflow in Shortcut, InteTimer will stop the existing time entry, start a new one and move the previous story to where it belonged.

Stop Task

Move the story card out of the prepared workflow in Shortcut, InteTimer will automatically stop the existing running entry in Toggl.

Yes, you need to have Shortcut and Toggl accounts to get started. InteTimer connects these two tools for you.
What if I use other Project Management Tools(Trello, Asana, etc), other than Shortcut?
Right now we only support Shortcut but we would like to support your preferred platform. Leave us a message here, so that we will start working on it and notify you once it's ready.
